1kg silver bar prices
A 1kg silver bar contains 1,000 grams of fine silver, about 32.15 troy ounces. The cost of making and handling a bar is spread over more metal, so a kilo bar usually carries a lower premium per ounce than smaller silver. Prices below are the latest published prices from the dealers we track, checked hourly.
These are the Australian dealers we track, not the entire market. Each row shows the lowest published price for that product. Select a product to see every dealer.

What is the premium?
The premium is the amount a product's price sits above the spot value of its metal. It covers costs such as production and distribution, as well as the dealer's margin. We calculate it by comparing the published price with the spot price recorded when the price was collected.
